No matter your thoughts on the NBA’s in-season tournament, every new development regarding that tournament will confirm them. So it was no surprise that when the league announced on Monday that each of the 30 teams would play its in-season tourney games on alternate courts that are apparently inspired by the City Edition jerseys, everyone retreated to their respective corners.
